Validate your Payroll Data
Ciphr Paylink can be run at any time, typically before regular
payroll runs. When you do so, the software identifies any
personnel records that have been changed since the last run. It
then exports that data and identifiers as a file ready for the
payroll software to use. The payroll can then check the data
before confirming back to Ciphr Paylink that the data has been
accepted.
As Ciphr Paylink keeps a separate record of the data transferred
for each employee, it can provide an effective audit trail. The
data can be viewed, reported on and even re-transferred should
the need arise.
