Computers In Personnel History & Product Timeline
Established in 1982 to provide software and consultancy in the
use of personal computers in Personnel departments. Computers in
Personnel has grown to be an innovative leader in the
application of technology to people management through the
design, delivery and implementation of HR Software and HR
Systems.
- 2007 : Ciphr Connect launched, First HR Outsourcing Clients.
- 2006 : Ciphr Online Recruitment launched, CIP begins selling ExpenseOnDemand.
- 2005 : Offshore software development & maintenance programme commences.
- 2005 : Advanced technical problem identification and resolution methodology is developed & implemented.
- 2005 : First Hosted Software System deployed.
- 2004 : Ciphr Decisions launched.
- 2001 : First Ciphr Solution installed.
- 1996 : First HR Intranet Solution installed, the first in the market. Leads to introduction of web-based Ciphr.
- 1994 : First Compel for Windows Solution installed.
- 1982 : Introduction of off-shelf DOS-based packages; whilst maintaining high level of flexibility for all Clients.
- 1982 : Begin trading as Compel, CIP founded to provide PC-based HR Solutions, consultancy and services.
