They plan, schedule and manage the appropriate mix of Delivery
resources and together, with one of our highly experienced HR
System Consultants, they will gain an understanding of your
organisation and your department, enabling us to offer long-term
support as your system needs evolve.
HR System Implementation : Project Managers
Overall responsibility for the project including; project
planning, risk and issue management, project documentation and
filing, client expectations and the management of scope, project
deliverables, communication, reporting and sign off.
HR Consultancy : HR Systems Consultants
Provide professional advice, guidance and information relating
to the implementation of your proposed project covering all
products, their configuration and related processes. The HR
Systems Consultant normally carries out all scoping exercises,
drafts specifications, test scripts and carries out system
testing against the associated scripts and specifications.
HR Systems Specialists
A Super-User who can assist you with the configuration and setup
of your new or existing system. They can also assist with data
cleansing activities and create bespoke reports using the
integrated Ciphr reporting tool.
Technical Consultants
They have the technical expertise when it come to the
installation and upgrading of all Computers In Personnel and
other HR Software and HR System-related products. The Technical
Consultants can also carry out troubleshooting activities to
assist you with identifying any infrastructure and network
problems you might encounter.
