Data is leveraged from the Ciphr system and displayed in the form of meaningful metrics, with personalised views for users based upon profiles and security privileges.

The Ciphr Mi-Dashboards solution is implemented with a series of standard reporting charts for each user type; HR, Manager and Employee, that are measured against configurable target, eg:
