Sean Worthington, Commercial Director

Background

Sean has a strong history in Project Management and Building Consultancy teams.

His previous experience at Northgate, PWA, Great Plains and Microsoft Business Solutions has proved invaluable in developing and delivering new and innovative products and services to our market, including our latest fully web-based Recruitment solution set, i-Recruit Total.

He has been instrumental in developing a close client-focus and a market-lead mentality across the company.

Frans Lytzen, Operations Director

Background

Frans worked with Sean at Microsoft before joining the Computers In Personnel team in 2004. Frans' extensive technical experience has helped develop a focused and efficient development capability within the company.

He has also undertaken an overhaul of our Services teams in order to embed a highly consultative approach and to deliver more effectively in order to help solve the real business issues our clients face.
