copy and other vacancy related information can be
published via Ciphr Net and the applicant information
goes directly into Ciphr Recruitment.
Safe and Sound
Of course, careful checking and security procedures are
built into the heart of Ciphr Net to ensure privacy and
accuracy are never jeopardised. For instance, you can
specify particular information categories, such as
absence requests, that must be validated by authorised
staff before they are accepted by the system and put
into action.
Access privileges can be made at the set-up stage, page
by page, so that you can individually determine the
access level each employee has. For example, some may
have view-only access to a particular page, while others
are also able to update information.
The system also includes automated e-mail notification
for management. Requests that require senior approval
